Overall Project Description:
Buildings-Overall building square footage to be approximately 1.3MM sf consisting of but limited to the following types:
Men’s maximum security housing units, Men’s general population housing units, Women’s housing units including women’s support buildings, Transitional housing units, Mental health and Medical, Buildings, Administration buildings, Warehouse and motor pool building ,Central plant building, Communication building, Armory and lock shop building, Kitchen and laundry building and Dog kennel building. Project site work to include but not limited to the following scopes:
Improved site is approximately 130 acres, CMGC construction management campus and laydown areas, Temporary haul road, Temporary utilities, Site stabilization, Site grading, cuts and fills including imported material, Site utilities, Electrical substation, Emergency generator, Fueling stations, Water storage tanks, Dewatering, Hardscaping, paving and landscaping, Inmate recreational areas, roads, Site security and, Soils mitigation.Thank You for your interest in the project!
